The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show airs Monday, December 5, and you know what that means: Your favorite models are currently killing it in the gym to prepare. The annual, glitter-soaked runway show is essentially the Olympics for Victoria's Secret models, so they must make sure they're in fighting form. In Cara Delevingne's case in 2013, that meant eating Domino's pizza and playing video games, but the other models aren't so lucky. Nope. In the words of Britney Spears, if these models want cut abs for the runway, they better work, bitch.
Of course, these gals work all year on their fitness, but they take it up several notches right before the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. But what exactly does that mean? Do they do squats on Saturn? Wear six-inch heels while jumping rope? Grow literal wings and fly? Not exactly—but their pre-fashion show workouts are intense. In fact, just looking at them will make you sweat (and probably cry, a little).
