The Bodyography Cover and Correct Concealer Changes the Undereye Game

Because I'd been binging on old episodes of the Gilmore Girls before this past weekend's Netflix premiere, I'm getting less sleep and dark circles under my eyes are now a legit thing.

The only thing that's made me look human again? The Bodyography Cover and Correct concelear literally gives me life—and makes me look less like an extra on The Walking Dead. (I watch a lot of TV.) I swear, it's the ultimate two-in-one under-eye product. Not only does it come with a top-notch, highly pigmented concealer, but also a makes-dark-circles-disappear color corrector. And it's packaged for easy use, too: The top part flips up to reveal a pan of peachy red color corrector, which is smart, because you should apply the priming color corrector before the concealer. (Think about it: You wanna know how much you can correct, quite literally, before you can cover up, right?) The top then screws off to leave you with a pot of full-coverage concealer. Whenever I use the Cover and Correct on my dark circles, I seem to get more compliments than usual on how glowy my skin is (and it's not just because I have a penchant for highlighter, hacked or otherwise).

When it comes to dark circles, professional makeup artist Molly R. Stern, who's worked with celebrities like Reese Witherspoon, Lily Collins, and Mandy Moore, tells Allure that it's always good to use a corrector to, well, correct dark circles. Stern recommends looking for one "with a pink undertone to layer beneath concealer" and counteract those late-night TV eyes. Thankfully, the Bodyography Cover and Correct concealer actually does the work for you. Available in three shades—Light, Medium, and Dark— you'll be able to find the right combo for your own skin tone.

Giving the concealer a whirl? Stern recommends dotting a small amount of the product to the under eye area closest to the nose using your ring finger, which applies the least amount of pressure. Then, blend with a brush, like the , or sponge outward, so the concealer spreads evenly. When you're done, you'll instantly look like you got the most restful night sleep of your adult life, filled with dreams of unicorns and puppies.

What I really love about this product the most, though, is its creamy consistency and ingredient list. Since the skin around the eye area is delicate enough as is—not to mention dries out during New York's cold winters—anything less than hydrating wouldn't do the trick. Both steps are formulated with caffeine to improve circulation and constrict blood vessels, which makes dark circles naturally diminish, as well as coffee seed oil to help stimulate collagen production for increased elasticity. Plus, the product is vegan, gluten, and cruelty-free. Is there anything else you could possibly want from one tiny pot?

The Bodyography Cover and Correct concealer is available now for $30 on bodyography.com. Go forth and conquer those dark circles. This may not make them disappear forever, but it's the perfect quick fix. Especially after a Netflix binge.
