The Chanel Rubik's Cube Is a Major Spring 2017 Sneak Peek

You don't need to solve any brain-teasing puzzles to figure out what will be in Chanel's Spring 2017 collection. An extremely cool-looking Chanel Rubik's Cube blush palette has been popping up on social media lately, and PopSugar just confirmed that it's very real. Instead of having to wait until the middle of next year to start making our spring makeup purchases, Chanel is releasing the gorgeous blush palette in just a couple months.

The four-shade compact is a great hint at what is to come for the rest of Chanel's Spring 2017 collection. From the looks of it, the burgundy and bronzy neutrals we are loving for fall are likely to push into the warmer months. The quad includes a shimmery champagne and yellow gold for highlighting, a milk chocolate bronzer, and pinky brick-red blush. All are stamped with the words: Coco Code. It's also worth mentioning that a blush palette with this wide of a shade range is a bit of a departure for the brand. We've seen mix-and-match lip palettes and innovative eye quads, but a four-up for very different blushes? That's big news.

Just like all the twists you can do to solve a Rubik's Cube, you can put your own spin on the palette to make it work for you. The shades can be brushed on individually to contour, illuminate, flush, or strobe cheeks, or you could swirl all four together for an all-over peachy glow. Each powder can also double as an eye shadow for a monochromatic look like the one Chrissy Teigen rocked recently.

You also won't have to wait long to get your hands on this brain-twisting beauty. PopSugar reports the four-shade Chanel Rubik's Cube palette will be available in January for $70 on chanel.com. Consider our calendars marked, our credit cards ready, and our cheekbones primed.
