Emily Ratajkowski will always defend a woman’s right to be sexy if they want to be sexy. The model and actress, who leapt into the public eye by unforgettably grinding up on Robin Thicke in his “Blurred Lines” music video, has used her stardom to talk about the way our culture confuses a woman’s sexuality with an invitation to harass them. You might remember when she posed topless on Instagram with Kim Kardashian, to give the finger (literally) to anyone who says women should be ashamed to feel sexy.
That's why when we found out that Emily Ratajkowski called out Jonathan Leder, we knew the photographer really made her mad. Well, it looks like Ratajkowski worked with the Leder back in 2012, and shot a series of sexy photos. Leder just released outtakes in an art book devoted to Ratajkowski. She says, he didn't have her permission to use the outtakes. Tabloids jumped to publish the images, and Ratajkowski is pissed. Following the steps taken by actresses including Jennifer Lawrence, who also had nude photos leaked, the star is speaking out. In a series of thoughtfully worded tweets, Ratajkowski made it clear she never intended for these images to become public.

Many people jumped on her saying that if she posed for them and was paid, why can't the photographer use them? Well, she says she wasn't paid and never signed a release.

Now, if you’re looking to see a sexy side of Ratajkowski that she definitely consented to, stay tuned for the release of Love Magazine’s annual advent calendar. Judging by the teaser video, we’re about to see a side of Ratajkowski that’s totally new: A saucy amount of under-boob. Consensual and sexy? That’s a cause we can get behind.
