Selena Gomez isn’t a stranger to flawless hair. From swept fringes, sleek strands and high ponytails, Gomez is all about looking her best on tour and on the red carpet. Yesterday the star hit the scene in a new style that wasn’t as dramatic as her birthday cut (remember when she cut 6-inches?) but it definitely made us do a double take.
The new style is a layered cut that’s perfect for the pending winter season—keeping your hair longer for the colder months is so passé. We haven’t spotted the new length on Instagram (which is slightly weird considering she’s the queen of Instagram) but we caught her in L.A while out and about and we’re waiting to bated breath for more pictures.

The new look also seems easier to maintain considering its length, but given that she doesn’t wash her hair everyday ("I don't wash my hair everyday, which may sound gross, but it's actually really bad for my hair, she told Allure earlier this year) the new cut doesn’t warrant a huge change in her routine. The new 'do could also mean she took out her extensions, but who cares? We still want tips on how she gets it so shiny and healthy looking.
Maybe taking a break after having Lupus complications was perfect for her. She’s refreshed and looks better than ever. Then again, what else would you expect from a Pantene spokesperson?
