UPDATE (December 27, 2016 10:10 a.m.): We have the first photo of the Quill & Ink liquid eyeliner, which kind of looks like Harry Potter eyeliner but is really inspired by all your favorite magical characters. Storybook Cosmetics had previously only shown drawings, but they've now released images that show what the eyeliner looks like IRL. (Hurry—they often delete them.) Shown here and here, it's a little ink pot with black eyeliner inside, with a gold top with the Storybook Cosmetics logo. The brush looks just like a gold quill, and the tip is thin and perfect for creating a cat eye. The brand noted that other eyeliners will be coming, too, like an angled brush. We can't wait.

When those Harry Potter–inspired makeup brushes went viral this past October, it made us want all of our beauty products to be Potter-themed. We dreamt about Harry Potter eyeliner, lipstick, and all the eye shadow. Well, now our wishes are kind of, sort of answered. Storybook Cosmetics, the same brand behind the makeup brushes, as well as the upcoming Witchcraft & Wizardry palette, are coming out with an inkpot liner called the Quill & Ink liquid eyeliner. While not exactly Harry Potter eyeliner, as some have reported, this new product is for sure inspired by your favorite characters and the old-school instrument they might write with.

"We are currently working on creating a full line of cosmetics that includes a new Storybook Cosmetics Quill & Ink liquid eyeliner featuring a classic feather quill and inkpot," Storybook Cosmetics cofounder Erin Maynard tells Allure.
Maynard also told us that she and her sisters are working on more eye-shadow palettes, lipsticks, and a new set of makeup brushes—some of which will be out in early 2017. "Just know that it is so going to be worth the wait," she promises.
If you can't wait even one day for the Quill & Ink liquid eyeliner, you can pick up Stila La Quill Precision Eye Liner Brush, and use it with the Got Inked Cushion Eye Liner, while you're waiting. Basically, even more of our beauty prayers are being answered.
We will of course update you on the fangirl-friendly eyeliner from Storybook Cosmetics as soon more information becomes available.
