Though Jerrod Blandino of Too Faced is known for his "sneaky peeks" on Instagram, the things he shows are at least usually makeup-adjacent — like unmarked pans and palettes, smashed up pigments and the like. However, back in July he started showing sneak peeks of something that seemed completely out of his (and Too Faced's) wheelhouse — a pair of glittery stilettos — and fans were both confused and excited.
People wondered what the shoes were for and speculated they had something to do with mascara because of the lashes on the back of the shoe, especially after the second post which showed the words Better Than Sex on the soles. For his part, Blandino hashtagged the second photo with #PropForAnUpcomingVideo, which quelled some of the questions about the purpose of the stilettos. However, that's apparently not all they're for, as they've recently reemerged.

Blandino posted a few more photos of the shoes recently and told fans that if they'd been drooling over the shoes before, they were in luck, and would have a chance to purchase them soon. However, with almost every good thing, there's a catch — apparently the shoes are limited edition, and there will only be a small number of them sold at the brand's pop-up shop in New York this October. Another catch I'm betting on? They probably won't be too comfortable. But you know what they say, sometimes beauty is pain.
