10 Most Popular Halloween Costumes of 2017

Halloween is days away, and according to Lyst and Pinterest, this year's most popular costumes have, well, nothing to do with the dude in the White House. In fact, the most popular picks are decidedly escapist, maybe because the constant stream of tumultuous tweets and headlines from around the world are terrifying enough on their own. And let's be clear that these are the most coveted looks so far — and a whole lot can change between now and October 31.

As for the scary clown from It, no surprise there, given that the horror film has, to date, generated over $290 million in box office revenue and turned Alexander's brother Bill Skarsgård into a star.
