UPDATE (November 30, 2017 9:30 A.M. EST): Since the Anastasia Beverly Hills Nicole Glow Kit launched earlier this year, the glitzy highlighter palette has taken over Instagram feeds, YouTube makeup tutorials, and beauty routines. However, if you just got the memo about the limited-edition collab with Nicole Guerriero, you probably noticed that it's impossible to find it in stock. Luckily, Anastasia Beverly Hills has sneakily revealed via comments on random posts that its Nicole Glow Kit will be back in the next couple days on its website. BRB while I go press the refresh button incessantly on anastasiabeverlyhills.com. I thought this beloved Glow Kit was gone for good, so you can surely call this revival a Christmas miracle.
This post originally appeared on February 20, 2017.
Earlier this month, both Anastasia Beverly Hills and blogger Nicole Guerriero posted a sneak peek at what we now know is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Nicole Glow Kit. The Anastasia Beverly Hills x Nicole Guerriero collab was first announced in December, and we guessed it might be a shadow palette or a possibly a new shade of lipstick, it turned out an Anastasia Beverly Hills x Nicole Guerriero Glow Kit was in our future. (Which, TBH, was even better than we could have possibly imagined.) However, when both the blogger and the brand teased Anastasia Beverly Hills Nicole Glow at the beginning of February, they both only showed the kit's front. Today, we got a whole lot more.
At about noon today, Gerriero posted a Boomerang on her Instagram of the kit, which we've also learned will be called Anastasia Beverly Hills Nicole Glow, swinging open and shut, revealing the six shades within—at least to everyone crazy enough to watch it a cool hundred times like us. Clockwise from the top left, there's Kitty Kat, a swirly rose gold; Forever Young, a muted pewter; Daydream, a tawny bronze; 143, a twinkly bronze; Glo Getter, a Midas gold; and Forever Lit, a moony luminous white. Gerriero also attempted to swatch the shades on her Snapchat, which proved a little difficult since she was holding her phone while swatching, which is really a two-hand task. But Guerriero did reveal some key information on her Snapchat, even if the swatching was a bit of a bust. "This is what i mean by a baby touch," she said, running her fingertip across the lush, velvety formula. "I'm barely touching the product." Basically, the product is both silky smooth and light, but also insanely pigmented with a true-to-pan color payoff.
Happily, over on the Anastasia Beverly Hills Instagram there was more swatching of Nicole Glow going on, and from the looks of it, more than just a single set of hands were involved. The post showing the swatches all lined up on a forearm also announced the official launch date: Friday, March 3, 2017—or 11 days from today. (But who's counting?)
Guerriero took it one step further on Twitter, clarifying that the Anastasia Beverly Hills Nicole Glow will be on the ABH website and sephora.com on Friday, March 3, and then a week and a half later, on Wendesday, March 15, Anastasia Beverly Hills Nicole Glow will be rolled out in brick-and-mortar Sephora locations.
