Whitney Port Just Got a Blunt Bob Haircut

We met Whitney Port back when the reality show The Hills debuted on MTV in 2006. However, a lot has changed in her life since then. She was also on a show called The City, she became a fashion designer in her own right, and she also has a lifestyle brand. She's also gotten married and had a child, but through it all, she's kept her signature style. And part of that signature style includes long hair — until now.

That's right. Port has recently decided to let her long hair go with the help of stylist Jake B. Martin at the Alen M. Salon in Los Angeles. Martin recently posted a picture of Port's refreshed look, saying, "So....@whitneyeveport was like im ready to chop it!!! ✂️✂️ So here’s to a new look for 2018! Classic modern BOB ❤️" She's not the only one who has gone for a bob recently, as Beyoncé was just spotted with a fresh chop and Port's former Hills co-star Lauren Conrad also just got an above-the-shoulders update.

It seems like Port is thrilled with her new look, as she also posted a Boomerang to her own Instagram documenting the haircut. In the caption to the post, she writes, "💇🏼‍♀️It had to go💇🏼‍♀️ #chopchop #bluntbob @jakebmartin on the ✂️" and most of us can identify with that itch you get when you make the decision to cut your hair — all of a sudden, it definitely does feel like it has to go. She certainly looks great with her new blunt bob, and it's likely a lot easier to take care of with such a busy life full of a brand new baby and a thriving career. Likely, many others will be saving her picture to show their stylists as inspiration. We may just be on the wave of yet another bob revolution.
