My favorite of all the fashion weeks has to be Paris. And that's not just because the city is beautiful, the wine is delicious, and the cheese, for some reason, doesn't seem to make my stomach hurt. No, it's because Paris is the city where designers are willing to take the most risks when it comes to the hair and makeup they send down the runway. Sure, there are quite a few shows where the models don't wear makeup and their hair is thrown back into a simple ponytail, but for every show with snoozy beauty looks, there are three more that make you do a double take. Take, for instance, the big hair at Miu Miu and Sonia Rykiel this season, the major eye makeup looks at Altuzarra and Yves Saint Laurent, and the glitter bombs that exploded backstage at Giambattista Valli.
