This Viral Loofah Treatment From Burke Williams Spa Is Polarizing the Internet

For those of you who are loofah lovers, we have two pieces of news for you: 1) make sure you're swapping out your loofah pretty regularly, in case you're not already, and 2) if you want to try out the most ultimate loofah ever, Burke Williams Spa has just the treatment for you. As reported by Insider on Twitter, the spa has a large selection of wetroom treatments, including a body-sized loofah that is going viral on social media.

According to the video made by Insider, the treatment is called Hunter's Retreat. The spa-goer is first sprayed down with water and then exfoliated while the giant loofah, which is apparently made of wheat stalks, is soaked in essential oils. Then, when it's all sudsy and soapy, it's rubbed all over the participant's body. Honestly, it looks like some sort of sea creature, and its purpose is to polish and exfoliate the body. Reporter Caroline Aghajanian said of the treatment that it was "way too fun," and that she felt very relaxed during the treatment.
