The third presidential debate took an unexpected turn Wednesday night when Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump made his controversial stance against ombré hair known.
Well, kind of.
While answering a question about his proposed immigration policy, Trump defended his plans to build a wall and secure borders. And then, for a reason unbeknownst to us, he began talking about botched hair dye jobs...
"We have some bad hombres here and we're gonna get 'em out," the politician said.

In actuality, Trump's mispronunciation was denouncing supposed drug lords, but, of course, Twitter took his comments as a direct hit against one of the trendiest hairstyles of the last decade.
Finally, the Internet can get on board with something Trump said: Bad ombré is the worst. Make America's roots great again. But hey: While the Twitter jokes are all hair and games, it’s important to remember that Trump’s actual use of the phrase “bad hombres” is a racial slur to refer to the Latino community—one which we do not condone the use of—ever.
