The skin-care version of the holographic Lip Switches exists, you guys. It's called Farsali Unicorn Tears, and it's just as magical as you could ever dream anything called "unicorn tears" would be like. Unlike the company's cult-favorite clear, gold-flecked Rose Gold Elixir, which we tested earlier this year, their latest launch is a glittery, cotton-candy pink formulation. If you actually drip the iridescent liquid onto skin, it straight-up looks like you're crying sparkly tears of joy. And I mean, who doesn't love sparkly everything, right?

The multi-use product (not unlike another fave of ours, Josie Maran Surreal Skin Argan Finishing Balm) is oil, paraben and sulfate free, so it can be used on all skin types—sensitive, oily and dry. And I gotta say, although I'm not the biggest primer fan (though that's a topic that always leaves the Allure editors divided), the Farsali Unicorn Tears aren't greasy or chalky—and they don't pill, either. When I massaged just a few drops onto a freshly cleaned face—eyelids including—my foundation glides on more smoothly and stays in place far longer. (Eye makeup, too.) And the incredibly finely milled glimmer in the tears gives skin a radiant glow that doesn't read as Twilight vampire in the sun.
But wait, there's more: These unicorn tears have some serious skin benefits, too. They're packed with skin-loving antioxidants like acai and goji berry, which help fight free-radical damage (superfood skin care FTW), while vitamin C brightens, improves, and evens skin tone. Farsali says you can even mix a few drops of Unicorn Tears with your night cream or sleeping pack to help seal in the hydrating effects.
Because the product has a (gloriously perfect) shimmer to it, it can also be layered with your favorite highlighter to look lit AF. I typically blend a cream formula atop my cheekbones before sweeping on a powder highlighter for a high-impact, you-can-see-my-cheeks-from-space glow. [Ed. note: Highlighter is totally her thing. - Rachel Zoldan, Deputy Digital Editor] However, I can streamline my routine by using the Tears as a highlighting amplifier, too. (Yes, that's a new teI just coined.) So now I can apply the Unicorn Tears and layer a highlighter on top for increased pigmentation and sheen—the glowy (not sweaty) kind. Although the Unicorn Tears won't be available for pre-order until December 7 on farsali.com, we suggest you bookmark the page now. Because how often do you really get the chance to have something so magical in a bottle?
