The ColourPop Holiday Collection Expands Today With More Sets (Update)

UPDATE (November 18, 2016 12:50 p.m.): If you're starting to search for the right Secret Santa gifts for your beauty-loving friends, ColourPop should be your holiday HQ. Today the fast beauty giant ColourPop announced the release of three more lip sets in the holiday collection we told you about earlier this month. Today's releases are value sets: Five full-sized tubes of liquid lipstick and lip gloss for $5 less than if you were to buy each of the tubes on their own. (In the ColourPop world, $5 goes a long way.) The new sets comes with similarly cheeky names as their predecessors. First up is For Fox Sake, which loads you up on glitzy rose golds and demure mauves. Forever and Never includes a range of everyday neutrals and one night-out blackened red. And lastly, there's Blues Baby. This one is deceiving because it comes with a variety of burgundies—none resembling the color of the sky.

Just like the earlier releases, the new sets have limited-edition packaging. The cases are printed with bright florals and stripes, and the tubes are black-and-clear matte. At this point, we're all getting acclimated to ColourPop's incredible prices and value. But can we take a minute talk about how good these look for $5? They give the $20 Huda Beauty liquid lipsticks a run for their aesthetic money.

Here are swatches of For Fox Sake:

And Forever and Never:

Finally, Blues Baby:

All three sets will be available for $25 each at 10 a.m. PST on colourpop.com.

ColourPop has been releasing hit after hit lately—from the Hello Kitty collection to peach lipsticks. Next up on the playlist is the ColourPop holiday collection. The "Now Playing"-themed line launches today at 3 p.m. PST. Trust me, you're going to want to bookmark colourpop.com and set more than one alarm (just for safe measure) once you see what's in the collection. I have a feeling that it's going to go fast. Not only does it include several new single items (six liquid lipsticks, three lip glosses, four eye shadows, and two highlighters), but there's also three limited-edition sets that will only be available in limited quantities. (Phew. That's a lot more than I was expecting, too.) Best of all: The products have special-edition black-and-silver packaging for the holiday season. How fancy. Even though we are pumped for the singles, the sets are definitely the most exciting part of the ColourPop holiday collection. They come in supercute vinyl record-shaped boxes to fit the theme and include some gorgeous new and discontinued shades. Here's a sneak peek at the sets.

This metallic lip-gloss set comes with five of the Ultra Glossy Lips in matte, frosted tubes. Four of the shades are exclusive to the holiday collection: Playback (a light gold), Swinger (a taupe), Furry (a burgundy), and Flatline (a bronzy gold). The other shade, Tight Fit (a peachy pink), is one of ColourPop's best-selling glosses.

To And From ($30)

More of a matte lipstick person? To And From has six Lippie Stix in matte and super-matte finishes to choose from. Weekender (a true red) and Pack Pack (a dusty plum) are new to the collection. Three discontinued shades are making a reappearance: Baewatch (a dusty rose), Tutu (a berry), and Parker (a warm nude). Cami, the remaining shade, is a best-selling Matte X Lippie Stix.

This set comes with six shadows in four different finishes. A new shade of ColourPop's new Ultra Glitter called Patchwork is my favorite. The gorgeous turquoise has a duo chrome finish that looks like a peacock feather. There's also Peekaboo (a metallic ivory), Thirsty Girl (a metallic bronze that was previously discontinued), Desert (a satin warm brown), Babykins (a metallic burgundy), and Fairfax (a matte dark chocolate).

All will be available on colourpop.com, so get shopping.

Now, watch the evolution of eye shadow:
