My absolute favorite liquid liner of all time makes up one half of the set. I've gone through three of the Ink Liner in Trooper this year alone. The true-black ink stays put all day. The felt-tip applicator makes my wings look as sharp as Japanese knives with ease. The tapered tip makes lines super-precise with little effort. (Trust.)
