If you don't have four hours to spare to recreate the viral snow globe eye makeup look, we found another creation on Instagram that will give you even more holiday eyeliner inspiration. Meghan Rusk, better known as @phunky_town to her 14,600 followers, has been posting festive, fun, yet super-chic eye makeup looks that have us scrambling to find our most colorful liners. "I love creating liner looks, and the holiday season is my favorite time of the year," Rusk tells Allure. "Decorating my house the way I dream of is not economically feasible at this point in my life, so I decided I could combine my love of the holidays into my work to make up for it."

If you know how to do winged eyeliner, then you'll be able to ace Rusk's holiday upgrades. In the past week, the British Columbia-based makeup artist has turned basic black cat eyes into gilded ribbons, a lit-up christmas tree, and a decorated gingerbread man. And none of the looks seem like they would require an MFA from Parsons—just a steady hand, plenty of glitter, and some patience.

Our favorite of Rusk's holiday eye makeup creations is the christmas tree liner because it seems like the easiest to replicate. Rusk added primary-colored dots for lights to spruce-up the green liner that she created by mixing the Primary Blue, Primary Yellow, and Chocolate shades of Danessa Myricks ColorFix. (You can also try it out with the colorful Too Faced Sketch Markers.) Then, she connected the lights with a string of thin black liner. And because no holiday makeup is complete without some glitter and gold, Rusk speckled on green glitter and drew on a gold star at the end.
