Everything Beyoncé wears seems to become instantly iconic, and her Halloween costumes are no different. Last year, the singer created unforgettable looks when she and Jay Z dressed as Barbie and Ken dolls, and later when she dressed as Salt-N-Pepa with Blue Ivy and her mom, Tina Lawson. This year, the dynamic couple is bringing their A-game once again with another iconic throwback musical couple to emulate: Notorious B.I.G. and Lil' Kim.
At Kelly Rowland's Halloween party Monday night, Jay paid homage to a famous Biggie Smalls photoshoot, wearing a red leather jacket, white t-shirt, jeans, Timberland boots, and holding a cane. Beyoncé chose a look from Lil Kim's music video for "Rain" that included red leather pants, a gold chain belt, white button-down shirt tied-up, suspenders, and sunglasses — Bey even drew a mole above her lip and rocked dark black hair, E! reports. Jay and Biggie were close friends before Big's death in 1997 — the two even went to high school together — so it seems right that Jay Z would honor him on the twentieth anniversary of the iconic rapper's death.
