Fans Notice Kylie Jenner's Lips Look Smaller in Calvin Klein Ads

Just when you thought Kylie Jenner's newfound preference for covering her stomach with large blankets was all the confirmation of her pregnancy you'd find in her family's new Calvin Klein shoot, the Internet sleuths have uncovered yet another clue in the pics. If you look past the blankets and over the sisters' shoulders, you'll notice that the youngest Kardashian-Jenner appears to have lost her signature full pout. According to the Twittersphere, this can only mean one thing: Kylie Jenner has been abstaining from her beloved lip fillers because she's pregnant (and injecting chemicals into your hair, face, and skin is typically not an advisable practice for expectant mothers).

Even before the Calvin Klein pictures were released, on Monday, Kardashian-Jenner scholars had taken to Twitter to speculate that Jenner was staying out of the spotlight during her pregnancy because she looked more like her old, pre-filler self than the makeup mogul with the lips that launched a thousand Lip Kits. "Theory: Kylie is hiding her face for a couple months now because temporary lip fillers only last about 6 months and you’re not allowed to get them refilled while pregnant," one person wrote. After the photos dropped this week, this theory became even more popular.

The theory seems like it might check out: In September, Dr. Simon Ourian, the man behind Jenner's fillers, told Page Six that he wouldn't give Jenner injectables while she was pregnant. "I recommend that women stop getting lip fillers as soon as they learn they are pregnant. No one knows the implications of lip fillers on pregnant patients since dermal fillers haven't been tested on pregnant women," he said, adding that he has a strict policy against performing cosmetic or surgical procedures on pregnant women.

For the record, Jenner, who has been open about getting lip fillers in the past, has every right to keep her (rumored) pregnancy private; a lack of fillers may not be the reason she's stayed out of the spotlight since news broke of the pregnancy in September. She looks great either way and, as one Twitter user noted, "If 20-year-old Kylie Jenner has been hiding from the world for months because a lack of fillers has changed her face and depleted her self-esteem, that is incredibly sad and we shouldn't be joking about it." More than likely, the Kylie Cosmetics CEO is simply taking a well-timed break from the limelight and preparing for the next big phase of her life in private.
