Halle Berry's Clavicle Highlight Is a Choir of Angels Singing - Golden Globes 2018

Look, I know that everyone looks great on the Golden Globes red carpet. Even when they look "bad," they still look better than me on picture day, let's it put it that way. You've got your requisite smoky eye, bold lipstick, contoured cheek old-school glamour, sure. Up-do, down-do, everyone's hair looks great. I'm not saying no one looks great.

What I am saying is LOOK AT HALLE BERRY'S CLAVICLES. They're the equivalent of a choir of angels singing. They are the light that, were I dying, I would go towards. Hell, I would float towards them now, helpless in their glimmering tractor beam pull.

Halle looks like she knows something we don't. She does. She knows how to knock the goddamn wind out of me. I feel like I haven't lived, having known only the earth-bound cosmetic virtues of a decent cheekbone beat. Seriously, this is a revelation to me because HOW have I never considered the scintillating impact of makeup below the neck before??

Reader, I have learned a very important lesson tonight: The glow-up in 2018 is all about that below-the-neck highlight. Also, plunging necklines.
