See Ariana Grande Without Her Signature Ponytail

Some famous folks are known for their iconic looks, and Ariana Grande is definitely one of those celebrities who can be spotted in a crowd. Ever since she made her debut on the music scene, she's been wearing her hair long and silky, and almost always in either a half-up hairstyle or a full high ponytail. That's why it always throws fans for a loop when she decides to change things up, as she recently did in a brand new look for her Dangerous Woman tour.

As reported by Bustle, a new video from Grande's Dangerous Woman tour has been posted to the Internet and one GIF, in particular, is making the rounds on Twitter. The GIF depicts Grande with her long hair parted to the left, looking smooth and silky as ever. Grande does a mini-hair flip in the short clip, and looks super serious. As Twitter user @_JayAntonio tweeted, "Ariana is not playing any games."

His tweet quickly blew up, and other users reacted to seeing Grande without a ponytail in various ways. Some people simply said she looked pretty with her new look while others missed the iconic ponytail we've all grown to love. Other folks said that without the ponytail it's hard to know who she is at first sight. Honestly though, whatever Grande does with her hair, she looks great — and this isn't the first time she's played with a new look. Just last year she tried out a silvery-lavender look for a little while, and that wasn't even the first time she's dipped her toe into the unicorn hair trend.
