Blake Lively’s Post-Pregnancy Look Is the Holiday LBD Done Right

How does Blake Lively do it? Seriously. Short of making an under the table deal with the style devils, we’re not sure how a mere mortal can manage to look so on point every single time she steps out. Her hair? Flawless. Her beauty game? Flawless. Her latest red carpet dress? FLAWLESS.

This week, Lively stepped out for L'Oréal's Women of Worth Awards in a LBD that is total holiday style goals. Lively wore a long black shift with a plunging neckline and sheer sleeves that nailed the sexy yet totally subtle aesthetic. Paired with natural makeup and Stuart Weitzman Nudist sandals, the overall look had just the right combination of edgy androgyny and soft femininity we’re looking for this holiday. The fact that this is Lively’s first appearance since giving birth to her second child two months ago, only makes her seemingly effortless look more impressive.

As a L'Oréal ambassador, Lively stepped onto the red carpet for to honor women making a difference in their communities and empowering the next generation of female game changers. “You have to set an example. It’s so important,” Lively, now a mother of two daughters, said at the event. “In times like this you can curl up and be really depressed about the state of communities that are under-served, or you can set that example for your children.” In her speech, the actress also referenced reporters who've asked her what she does to feel worth "it" with a simple reply, "What do you mean? I'm a woman."

Beautiful and brilliant—Blake nails true style yet again.
