Celebrities React After Donald Trump Wins Presidency

Whether you were up till 3 a.m. last night watching the returns roll in or you spent your evening disengaged by chilling with Netflix in bed, you probably know at this point that Donald Trump has been elected President of the United States, winning over Hillary Clinton in pivotal swing states like Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Florida.

While you might have reacted by texting your friends and loved ones a string of panicked emojis or just gone totally silent, celebrities like Rowan Blanchard, Ariana Grande and Zendaya took to a more public medium: Twitter. (Surprise, right?) Most expressed grief and disappointment, while others were straight-up horrified or totally furious. Check out how these celebrities react after Donald Trump wins the election.

Some expressed a glimmer of hope, though.

But most reassuring tweets, however, were the ones that urged people to practice love and solidarity instead of divisiveness and anger.
