This just in: Kylie Jenner red hair has arrived. Yep, you read that correctly. Leave it to the 19-year-old Kylie Cosmetics founder to transform her platinum blonde strands into a vibrant, vivid shade of fiery red hours before Thanksgiving Day.
On Wednesday afternoon, while most of America was winding down before the major food-filled national holiday, Jenner decided to call up her go-to colorist Tokyo Stylez for a last-minute tress transformation, swapping out her almost-white blonde shade for a bright-red alternative.
And like most of her life, she shared the shenanigans on camera, specifically on Snapchat, giving fans a sneak peek look into the color-changing process. (Be sure to check out the clips below for the whole transformation.)
Jenner started recording from the very beginning of the hair-dyeing process, using her platinum hue as the perfect base for her shocking new shade. With half of her head painted the crimson shade, the Snapchat queen continued to show off every step of the painting process—with her usual filters, of course—and often turned the camera on special guest star Stylez during the session.

The final result? A Kylie Jenner red hair metamorphosis, AKA a bright, fiery shade, which she debuted with wet hair, sans blowout. And now that we can see that the new hue is every bit of real as it appears to be (and not just another one of her beloved wigs, we've got to wonder: What will Kris think?
