Victoria Beckham Enlists Her Daughter to Help Design a T-Shirt for World AIDS Day

Victoria Beckham may be as well known for her modern, approachable style as she is for her successful fashion line, and it now looks like her daughter, Harper, may be following her lead with her first debut as a designer.

Last year, at age four, Harper drew a doodle that became the basis for one of David Beckham’s many tattoos. That very same doodle is now reappearing on a T-shirt that her mom just designed for World AIDS Day.

The doodle features a cute cartoon figure wearing a red ribbon and spreading its arms wide, with a matching red heart positioned to its right. As a UN ambassador, Victoria Beckham has been designing T-shirts to fund AIDS for the last few years, but this is the first time the design will be offered in both adult and children’s sizes and the first time she has ever collaborated with her daughter, so you can support a good cause and get an adorable mother-daughter look, too.

All proceeds from the T-shirts, which are available on Beckham’s website, will go towards raising funds for Born Free Africa, which prevents the spread of disease from mothers to children. With all that’s going on in the world right now, there’s never been a better time to give back, and fashion is one easy way to do it. Save the Children organization also recently partnered with models, including Karen Elson and Jon Kortajarena, to create chic, festive sweaters. Fifty percent of the proceeds go to the charity, which focuses on promoting children’s rights in developing countries.

Harper’s art has been well documented on her mom’s Instagram account. You'll find drawings of dressed up animals holding ice cream cones and adorably painted family portraits. We wouldn’t be surprised if we end up seeing even more of the young artist’s work on some of her fashion designer mom’s runway collections. That being said, we love a cute tee that can be worn with anything, and one that gives back to an amazing cause is all the more reason to get in on the casual trend.
