Huda Beauty Reveals Launch Date of New #FauxFilter Foundation and Swatches in 30 Shades

Huda Kattan's makeup basically sells itself. The beauty mogul makes some of the most popular eye shadow palettes out there — and for good reason. They're absolutely gorgeous, and fans of the brand are typically dismayed when any of Huda Beauty's products are discontinued. However, she always replaces them with something equally amazing (if not better), and now, she's adding something completely new to her line of beauty products.

Before now, Huda's line was missing both a foundation and a primer. Though you could go to her for fantastic lashes, liquid lipsticks, eye shadows, and more, she didn't yet have a good base product for her fans. Earlier this year, however, we learned that was about to change, and it seems she's kept her promise. Soon, Huda Beauty is launching a foundation called the #FauxFilter Foundation as well as a primer called The Complexion Perfection (which will sell for $40 and $35, respectively) and here's what we know about the products.

The foundation will be available in quite a wide range — 30 shades, in fact, seen swatched above. According to Sephora, it provides full coverage with just one pump and works well with all skin types. It also is said to blend seamlessly and there's a shade for nearly every skin tone. Of the primer, Sephora says it blurs the appearance of fine lines and helps makeup stay put for longer. It can also be used in the place of a lightweight moisturizer. Huda Beauty has also created a Buff Blend Brush to be used with the foundation for effortless blending, which sells for $25.

The three new products will be available for purchase on October 13. In case you're the forgetful type, you can sign up to be notified when they're in stock on Sephora's website.
