Kendall Jenner caught everyone's attention when she walked the red carpet in a voluminous tulle dress by Giambattista Valli at Sunday evening's Golden Globes Awards. However, it wasn't just her gorgeous dress that had fans speaking up.
As one Twitter user pointed out, the reality star/supermodel appeared to be experiencing acne a few breakouts, adding that regardless of her skin's current state, Jenner looked beautiful. The fan wrote, "Ok but @KendallJenner showing up and strutting her acne while looking like a gorgeous star is what every girl needs to understand." Jenner responded by confirming her pimples and posting an encouraging message about insecurity. She said, "never let that sh*t [sic] stop you! 😎✨"
Obviously, we adhere to that same skin philosophy here at Allure, especially considering the fact that acne is common and never something to be ashamed of. Jenner glowed on and off the red carpet, and we're glad she didn't let a few small blemishes get in the way of enjoying her night out. More Twitter users praised the model with similar sentiments like, "I'm so glad [you] have no shame in something EVERYONE goes through."
While the majority of celebrities wore black to show support for the Time's Up movements at the Golden Globes, the beauty looks [also made a statement]http://ift.tt/2CNtNHE) last night. Kendall retweeted a message from the official Time's Up Twitter page and later wrote, "My eyes were opened and my heart is full seeing all of the men and women who were a part of this vital change! i too stand with all women #TimesUp."
