Bella Hadid Is Blonde (and Topless) for 'Paper' Magazine

Fresh off the Victoria's Secret runway, supermodel Bella Hadid is on the cover of Paper magazine with platinum blonde hair. Yes, you read that right. Bella Hadid is no longer a brunette. Bella Hadid is blonde.

We cover a lot of celebrity hair transformations at Allure, but this makeover is major. MAJOR! Honestly, the new look is so drastic we didn’t notice her at first. We can’t remember the last time the 20-year-old was spotted without her deep brown strands (okay maybe over the summer when she went blonde with hot-pink highlights) but normally the top model sticks to chestnut hair. That's what we're familiar with.

Now, before you loose your mind (I know it's too late for some of you Bella fans) we know what you're thinking: That’s a wig. Or, that’s extensions. It could be, but the roots look very blonde to us. Just take a really close look:

“People say that I don’t smile, or that I don’t have a personality,” she told the magazine. Which is interesting because the top model is topless and shows off her nipple piercing in a few photos. If that's not showing personality, we don't know what is.

But, who cares. Bella Hadid is blonde. And we're in awe. Goodnight.
