Skin Laundry Skin Purifying Cream Cleanser Melts Away Makeup Like a Charm

I love taking off my makeup almost as much as putting it on. It's a simple, everyday act of self care that I helps me hold myself accountable. The Skin Laundry Skin Purifying Cream Cleanser is my go-to cleanser of the moment (and foreseeable future). I'm not one to forget to wash my face before bed or settle on using only a makeup wipe. Instead, I get thrills from trying out new cleansers. And, guys, this one gets me very excited. If we are being honest here, I definitely didn't expect to love this cleanser so much. The first time I tried out this cleanser, I was wearing a lot of makeup. I went all out for my 25th birthday party with thicker foundation than usual, two different highlighters, and the darkest red lipstick I owned. (My friend staged a quick photo shoot in my living room to capture this moment of me completely feeling my look.) After everyone went home, I decided to treat myself with the cleanser I'd scrounged up under my vanity after doing some quarter-century room reorganizing (#beautyeditorproblems). I'm not exaggerating when I say that the Skin Laundry Skin Purifying Cream Cleanser made my face cleaner than the blank canvas I started with. In my line of work, I've used a lot of cleansers—from oils to foams, and I can truly say I've never experienced a more thorough or more nourishing end result. (Before, I thought the was the closest I was going to get.) Even the cleansers that claim to melt away makeup generally leave me with raccoon eyes and stained lips after patting my face dry with a towel. I have to follow them up with coconut oil or an eye makeup remover to get rid of the remnants. But after rinsing away a quarter-sized dollop of this little miracle, I was good to go. My skin never felt so clean. I think I might have squealed with delight. (And I wasn't even drinking.)
